Home Solution Consultant

Job Description:

- Develop home design solutions with an in-depth understanding of customer’ needs and create an excellent shopping experience in the store

- Coordinate and follow the orders and delivery services of confirmed home design solutions and ensure the customer’s satisfactory

- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers while suggest the up-to-date products information and home furniture trends

- Replenish in time to make sure the selling products are sufficient and display in order

- Well perform in daily operations, including goods’ acceptance, visual display, replenishment, goods return and loss prevention, etc

- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor


- High school or above. English speaking is preferred.

- Minimum 1 year experience in international retail brand or other service industry

- Passion in retail and home industry with good business sense

- Good communication skills and service sense, attention to details and be responsible

- Customer oriented

- Proactive and hard working

- Team management experience preferred
